Order online Monday - Friday by 9:30 PM EST and receive FREE next day delivery (minimum $100 order). Order on Saturday by 5:30 PM. EST for Monday delivery. Refrigerated items shipped Monday - Thursday only. CII items shipped Monday - Friday only.

When you're ready to place your next order via Andanet, simply access AOL as usual and minimize their software once connected. Click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer icon on your desktop and proceed to //www.andanet.com and place your order.
Anda provides pharmaceuticals only to licensed physicians and pharmacies. You must have the required DEA and state license to set up an account with Anda.

Your Andanet order will be shipped to you from Anda, Inc. per our Standard Shipping Policy*:
-Orders received by 9:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped for delivery on the following business day.
-Orders received by 5:30 PM EST on Saturday will be shipped Saturday, for delivery on Monday.
-Orders placed after our cutoff times or placed on Sundays, will ship on the following business day for next day delivery.
Refrigerated orders placed after 9:30 PM Eastern Time Thursday, will not ship until the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is an observed Holiday).
CII items shipped Monday - Friday only.
Hazardous Items and Bulk or Heavy Items are subject to GROUND SHIPPING and may not be received the next day.

Anda's order minimum is $100. Standard orders are shipped freight pre-paid at Anda's expense.
*Anda, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time.
Eligible product returns, including ordering, shipping errors and damages in transit, not defined as "non-returnable" may be returned by original purchaser if return request is made within 72 hours of product receipt. All returns must be authorized in advance. Contact Customer Service to obtain Return Authorization (RA). Credits for authorized returns is subject to a 20% handling charge and will be issued at the lesser of invoice price or current market price upon receipt of product and verification of return eligibility. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed for credit.
Controlled substance discrepancies must be reported immediately to Customer Service upon receipt of order per DEA regulations.
-Refrigerated or frozen product, including vaccines or biological products.
-Products that have been used, damaged, opened, partially complete, marked, or without original labels.
-Short-dated, close-outs, seasonal or special order products.
-Some Pet Products.
-Products stored improperly or exposed to hazardous conditions.
Voluntary or involuntary manufacturer product recalls will be handled in accordance to manufacturer instructions.
All drop shipped orders are subject to manufacturer's return policy.
The Return Authorization (RA) number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the returned product(s).
Bulk returns, returns from inactive accounts, accounts with outstanding balances, or accounts in process of closing or transferring ownership may not be returns eligible and/or authorized.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks processing time on authorized returns from return receipt date. Please do not deduct any amounts from invoice payment related to the returned product before receiving credit memo.
